1 | tbsp | Horseradish, grated |
1 | tsp | Sweet mustard |
100 | g | Green peas. frozen |
200 | g | Mayonnaise |
500 | g | Hams. cooked |
700 | g | Cooked cold potato |

To prepare the Hamburgerryg with horseradish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the leg from the meat cut into thin slices put on a dish.
The mayonnaise is stirred together with cremefraichen and seasoned with lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. The pepperroot is torn and added as desired.
The potatoes are cut into slices and added together with most peas.
The salad is decorated with the rest of the peas and a little grated horseradish.
Served for the hamburgerryggen together with a bowl of green salad.
