To prepare the Hamburgerryg with horseradish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the leg from the meat cut into thin slices put on a dish.

The mayonnaise is stirred together with cremefraichen and seasoned with lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. The pepperroot is torn and added as desired.

The potatoes are cut into slices and added together with most peas.
