Ingredients for Ham and gingerbread

1 | bundle | Spring onions |
1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1.5 | tbsp | Fresh ginger root--finely chopped |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
250 | g | Mushroom |
3 | dl | Sauce naturel |
400 | g | Give into cubes |
Instructions for Ham and gingerbread
To prepare the Ham and gingerbread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean and halve the mushrooms and stir them with high heat in 1 tbsp. Olive oil 3-5 minutes. - Take them out of the pan and put them aside.
Saute the meat until it is golden in 1 tablespoon. oil. Add water, finely chopped ginger, honey and salt and simmer the meat at low heat for 35 minutes.
Boil the rice as indicated on the package.
Cut the onion on slices and chop the pistachio nuts. Add the sauce of natural, mushroom and spring onion and cook the dish for approx. 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the stew with the cooked rice and sprinkle with the pistachios.
