½-1 | tsp | Cute French mustard |
100 | g | Cooked asparagus slices |
100 | g | Raw mushrooms |
150 | g | Chicken or chicken without skin and bones |
2 | dl | Creme fraish |
2 | tbsp | Mayonæse |
Instructions for Hønsekødssalat
To prepare the Hønsekødssalat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the cooked meat into small pieces. Clean the mushroom and cut them into slices. Pour asparagus nuts into a sieve and let the leaves run off.
Stir Mayonnaise with Cream fraichen and taste the dressing with lemon and spices.
Put meat, mushrooms and asparagus nuts and pour the dressing over. Server salad for lunch, night food el. Serving on lettuce leaves as starter.
