Instructions for Gulyássuppe
To prepare the Gulyássuppe recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat into cubes and Brown it in fat on all sides. Take it up with a slotted spoon.
Add the chopped onion and let them sear until golden. Add the paprika, and let it simmer for a little before meat, tomato puree, finhakket peppers, salt, caraway and the soup is added.
Cream soup. Let the soup simmer, covered, until the meat is very tender, a total of 1-2 hours.
Add the small potato cubes ½ hour until meat is tender. Taste, if desired. with salt and tomato puree. Foam if necessary. the broth for fat.
The soup can be tasted with Marjoram and crushed garlic instead of caraway. The soup can be deep-frozen if potatoes are omitted.

Lean beef can be used as shoulder, Chuck steak, beefsteak, pork or clump.
