To prepare the Grove oatmeal buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is dissolved in the lukewarm water, after which salt, sugar, oil, crushed carrots, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds are mixed in. Then mix both the coarse flour and the wheat flour and the dough is well kneaded. The dough adheres 30 min. Once the dough has risen, the dough must be kneaded again and shaped into buns. The balls follow 30 min.
The balls are brushed with coffee and baked for 12-15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
