Instructions for Grovboller-fat
To prepare the Grovboller-fat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour boiling water over the seeds. Let it soak for a few hours. (if you don't have time for it, then boil the kernels until they are soft) Stir in eggs, honey and yeast together. Add the nuts, grated carrot, oil and salt. Knead the dough supple with the flour. Let dough raise 1 hour. Use a large spoon and form 15 buns, which put on wax paper. Let the dough balls after raising 1/2 hour. Behind the squirts over high heat about 220 degrees in 5 min. turn down and behind the last 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
