1 | dl | Fresh coriander |
1 | tbsp | Minced jalapeno peppers |
1½ | tbsp | Brown sugar |
1½ | dl | Finely chopped scallions |
1½ | tbsp | Grated lime |
2 | tbsp | Lime juice |
2 | large | Ripe avocado |
3 | tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
5 | tbsp | Mayonnaise |
6 | pcs | Swordfish steaks |

To prepare the Grilled swordfish with green mayonnaise recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the swordfish in a dish. Stir the marinade together and pour it over. Cool for a few hours. Turn the fish 2-3 times. Mayonnaise: Peel the avocados, take out the stone and put the meat in a blender together with the other ingredients. Mix to a creamy mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Take the fish out of marinade and place it on a grill grill. Grill the 3-4 minutes on each side, brush regularly with marinade. Serve with buttered asparagus potatoes, red pepper and celery cut into very fine strips and a dumplings of mayonnaise on top of each fishing tackle.
