1 | pinch | Paprika |
2 | Chopped onions | |
2 | clove | The cut garlic |
2 | tbsp | Ground coriander |
3 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
4 | slices | Swordfish (a) 200 g. approximately 2 cm thick |
6 | Bay leaves | |
6 | tbsp | Olive oil |
Instructions for Grilled swordfish with coriander
To prepare the Grilled swordfish with coriander recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fish is washed, dried and placed in a large dish. In a bowl mix the chopped onions with lemon juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, coriander, paprika and 4 tbsp. olive oil. Mix it well with a whisk or hand mixer. Pour over the fish and add the Bay leaves. Cover the dish with a piece of aluminum foil. Set it in the refrigerator and let the fish tow 5-6 hours. Turn occasionally the fish in the marinade.
Turn on the grill in the oven, or on the outdoor grill. Take the fish out of the marinade and butter olive oil on both sides. The fish grilled now 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve the fish on a platter and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Course is served with pilavris or potatoes.
