1Big red chili without seeds

Instructions for Grilled Scallops with sweet chilli sauce

To prepare the Grilled Scallops with sweet chilli sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Garlic, chili, ginger, lime leaves, lemon grass and coriander leaves into a blender and purér for a rough lot.

Got sugar in a pan with 2 tablespoons water and let it melt without stirring until it is slightly light brown.

Mix salt and spicy vinegar rapidly as mass in. Let cook 1 min. Let it cool completely before serving.

Brush Scallops with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill them for 1 ½ minutes on each side.

Serve them on a bed of watercress or Arugula and generously pour the strong sauce over.

Tips:
Chilli sauce can be prepared in advance and frozen.
