Instructions for Grilled Octopus with feta
To prepare the Grilled Octopus with feta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the squid in cold water. Drag the head of and the guts that accompanies. cut the arms of catch. Pull the thin membrane of the body. Squeeze the remaining content out and rinse the squid well. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl and add the squid, and feta. Let it soak for 15 minutes. Preheat the grill. Tag octopi up and fill them with feta. Put them on a grill grate and brush with the rest of the marinade. Grill them 5 minutes on each side.
