15 | g | Butter |
3 | tsp | Barbecue spice |
500 | g | Onion with top |
Instructions for Grilled beef fillet with onions
To prepare the Grilled beef fillet with onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the meat along to make two fillets, preferably quite thick. Rub the fillets with grilled spices and let them refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours. Brush the meat with oil and sprinkle it with salt. Heat the grill so the coal is white-glowing. Step the two fillets approx. 25 minutes, 10-15 cm from the glow until they are just completed. Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest wrapped in a stanniol approx. 10 minutes. Arrow the bulbs and cut them into slices, save the green peaks. Season the onions slightly golden in the butter, 3-4 minutes in a saute pan. Add 2 tablespoons of water, vinegar, honey, thyme, salt and pepper and simmer 10 - 12 minutes until the bulbs are tender. Take the thyme up. Cut the onion peaks and add them shortly before serving to preserve the color. Decorate with the cliff dild.
