To prepare the Green asparagus with noodles and prawns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse asparagus and cut any redwood. Bring plenty of water with salt in boil. Put asparagus in and cook 10 min. Take them up and let them drip off. Asparagus heads are cut off. The rest of the asparagus cut into ½ cm thick slices. Cook the cream with low heat together with the asparagus pieces for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente in plenty of water with added salt. Asparagus shovels and prawns are added and boiled with 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. The noodles are picked up and mixed immediately with the sauce. Decorate with a little dildkviste.
