Instructions for Greek olive bread
To prepare the Greek olive bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the dough dish with ½ dl. lukewarm water. Add the rest of the water, which must also be cooked together with salt, olive oil and lightly squeezed egg. Stir most of the flour and knead the dough well and thoroughly. Let it raise and cover to double size.
Eel the dough easily through. Remove ¼ and roll out the rest of the dough into an oblong surface. Cut the cheese into smaller terns and spread it on the dough with sliced olives. Roll the dough together as a roulade on the long joint and form it into a ring on a plate of baking paper.
The rest of the dough is rolled into a bowl that is put in the middle of the ring. It must fill the ring. Replies, covered and coiled to double size. Brush with coiled egg.
Bake on the second slice in preheated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
Cool on grate and eat, preferably with unsalted butter, as the feta sals the bread.
