1 | Finhakket onions | |
1 | kg | Potatoes |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | tsp | Pepper |
1 | clove | Pressed garlic |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1/2 | dl | Breadcrumbs |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
500 | g | Beef or lamb |
Instructions for Greek meatballs on potato bottom
To prepare the Greek meatballs on potato bottom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and divide them along. Cut approx. 4 potato boats of each half potato.
Put the potatoes in a large refractory dish. Mix oil and lemon juice and brush the top potato boats. Sprinkle salt over the potatoes.
Stir all the ingredients of the dad together in a bowl.
Form round buns of the father. About 1 teaspoon. Father to each bowl. Distribute the meatballs over the potatoes.
Put the dish with potatoes and meatballs in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour. After half an hour the meatballs are turned into crisp on both sides.
After an hour in the oven, gently stick to the potatoes to feel if they are pierced.
