1 | tsp | Sugar |
1.5 | dl | Organic skim milk |
1.5 | dl | Water |
2 | tbsp | Fresh chopped Mint |
2 | tbsp | Sesame seeds |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
4 | tbsp | Oil |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Crumbled feta cheese |
75 | g | Grated cheasy cheese |
75 | g | Chedar cheese grated |
Instructions for Greek cheese bread
To prepare the Greek cheese bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Milk and water lunes for hand warmth temperature. The yeast is crumbled in the water and stirred until it is dissolved. Add salt, sugar and oil. Mix the flour in a couple of times. Thoroughly dough the dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth or piece of film. Set it up for 3 quarters. Fill: Mix cheese, flour, baking soda, mint and egg into a solid. Roll out the dough for approx. ½ cm thickness. Spoon the dough into circles of approx. 10 cm in diameter. Get a little fill in the middle. Fold the edges slightly over the fill to a tree or square. Brush the edges with eggs. Let the cheese loaves rise a quarter. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bagetid approx. One block at 200C.
