1Egg white
1tspBaking soda
1tspSalt
1tspSugar
1.5dlOrganic skim milk
1.5dlWater
2tbspFresh chopped Mint
2tbspSesame seeds
4tbspWheat flour
4tbspOil
50gYeast
50gCrumbled feta cheese
75gGrated cheasy cheese
75gChedar cheese grated

Instructions for Greek cheese bread

To prepare the Greek cheese bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk and water lunes for hand warmth temperature. The yeast is crumbled in the water and stirred until it is dissolved. Add salt, sugar and oil. Mix the flour in a couple of times. Thoroughly dough the dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth or piece of film. Set it up for 3 quarters. Fill: Mix cheese, flour, baking soda, mint and egg into a solid.
