Instructions for Gratinated tortillas (low fat)
To prepare the Gratinated tortillas (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sweat bacon cut into strips and finely chopped garlic in a little olive oil. Push the spinach leaves free of moisture, chop them roughly and put them in the pan with bacon and garlic. Sprinkle with a little dried chilli, warm it all well and add the rinsed and dripped beans. Stir the cheese in and flush the forehead from the heat. Taste the filling.
Lun tortillas following instructions on the package. (Packed in foil 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius oven).
Distribute the filling on the tortillas, bend the sides, roll them together and place them on a plate of baking paper.
Sprinkle cheese and gratinate tortillas golden and crisp at 225 degrees C for approx. 12 minutes.
