100 | g | Grated cheese |

200 | g | Salmon |
4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
400 | g | Broccoli |
5 | dl | Aspargsvand and milk |
Instructions for Gratin salmon 03
To prepare the Gratin salmon 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the salmon in a greased oven dish. Season with salt. Cover the fish but foil and leave it for about 10 minutes at 175 degrees.
Boil the broccoli bouquets in water added salt 1 min. Pour asparagus for draining. (Save the food to the sauce).
Bring asparagus and milk in a pan with the broth and whip the flour. Boil under constant stirring. Let the sauce boil a few min. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the salmon. Lay prawns, broccoli and asparagus around the salmon. Cover the dish again with foil and leave it for about 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
Remove the dish and sprinkle the cheese over. Gratin about 10 minutes without foil.
Server with flute.
tips:
The court may be served as a starter but there will be 4 people.
