Instructions for Gratin salmon 02
To prepare the Gratin salmon 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Place the salmon pieces in a greased refractory dish. Season with salt. Cover the fish with foil or baking paper and raise it for about 10 minutes at 175 degrees. Remove the fish from the oven, pour the fish soup from a bowl (store the soup into the sauce).
Boil the broccoli beetles in water with salt for one minute. Pour asparagus nuts into a sieve (store asparagus water for sauce).
Wheat flour and milk are shaken to a leveling. Fish soup and asparagus are boiled up. The pot is taken from the heat, the jerk is whipped in the sauce. Boil the sauce for about 5 minutes with low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the salmon.
Lay prawns, broccoli and asparagus around the salmon. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Gratinate the dish in the oven for about 25 minutes at 175 degrees until the salmon is cooked and the dish is golden.
