750 | g | Green grapes (or a mixture of blue and green) |

To prepare the Grapes in a swoon recipe, please follow these instructions:
The grapes were rinsed, halved and udstenes. Boil a syrup of water and sugar and let it cool completely. Add Heather honey or another type of strongly flavored honey, as well as a glass of cognac. Pour this marinade over the udkernede grapes. Let them soak in the fridge, much like overnight.
The "fainted" grapes served with sour cream or balls of vanilla ice cream.
