1 | dl | Hazelnuts |
1 | dl | Desiccated coconut |
1 | dl | Almonds, usmuttede |
1 | dl | Dried apricots |
3 | dl | Oatmeal, finvalsede |
5 | tbsp | Honey |
Instructions for Granola bars
To prepare the Granola bars recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop nuts and dried fruit.
Melt the honey on a pan.
Add the oatmeal first and stir them in the honey until it hangs together. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Pour the mass onto one or more pieces of baking paper, depending on how thick a roll you want to make.
Roll, press and push it together for a long roll.
Place the roll in the refrigerator until it is cold and hard and then cut it into suitable pieces.
tips:
Instead of apricots can be used, figs, cranberries, raisins or a mixture thereof.
