1 | bottle | Sparkling wine |
2 | dl | Water |
200 | g | Sugar |
2-3 | Lemons juice thereof |
Instructions for Granite with lemon balm
To prepare the Granite with lemon balm recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water and sugar while stirring. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the layer get cold. Add lemon juice, finely chopped lemon balm and 2/3 of the sparkling wine. Pour it into a bowl and place it in the freezer for approx. 3 hours. Stir in the mass every hour. Serve the sorbet in cocktail glass with a little sparkling wine and a leaf of lemon balm.
