Instructions for Grønsagsterine
To prepare the Grønsagsterine recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the broccoli bouquets into boiling water with salt and cook them approx. 3 min. Take them up and put them in a sieve.
Whip egg and milk together and add cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Whip the mixture well together (whip the egg stock each time it ages over the vegetables).
Place half of the broccoli in a uniform layer and with the heads the same way in a greased square shape (about 1¼ l.) Pour 1/3 of the egg yolk over. Put the cooked carrots upstairs in a smooth layer and pour a little of the egg yolk over. Put the rest of the broccoli on and finish with the rest of the egg yolk. Squeeze the vegetables together. Bind baking paper over the mold and behind the dish in the middle of the oven approx. 60 min at 175 degrees.
tips:
The vegetable star is also well-suited cold, for example the starter (12 pers.). Cut it into slices and decorate with, for example. Casserole and carrot. Serve it with ground and bread.
