Instructions for Gråfinker from Sealand
To prepare the Gråfinker from Sealand recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heart and liver cut into slices and onions chopped. Place in a saucepan along with spices and covered with cold water. The insides are cooked tender in about 40 min. the soup is poured off and saved. The innards are chopped finely in food processor. Apple cut into small cubes. Organ meats, soup, Apple and Greaves will be honored in a pan and småsimrer under stirring for about 5 mins.
Course is served piping hot with boiled potatoes, a few slices of coarse rye bread and Pickled beets. A good glass of dark beer tastes very much in tune to this right.
