282 | g | 5-kornsblanding |
4.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
4.5 | tbsp | Oil |
4.5 | tsp | Sugar |
5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Good femkorns-burger buns
To prepare the Good femkorns-burger buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
The day before cooking mix 5-kornsblandingen with butter-milk, sugar and salt. The mixture stand overnight.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm next day water with oil. Then added to the previous day's mixture and finally the flour little by little to a moist dough.
The dough raises the bar for 20 minutes and a little flour on your hands when dough balls then formed and distributed on 2 baking sheets. They pressed a bit flat and bake at 175 degrees hot air and approximately in 15 min.
Tips:
This recipe is really popular here with us. Can be used as "madbrød" and lends itself really well to a plump burger bun with ham, tomato, cucumber/pepper fruit and salad. Can also be recommended for home made burger with minced beef and various accessories.
