Ingredients for Golf Ball
1 | tsp | Anise |
1 | tsp | Fennel |
1 | pkg | Yeast |
1 | tsp | Cardamom |
10-12 | dl | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2-3 | tbsp | Wheat flakes |
2-3 | tbsp | Syrup |
5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Golf Ball
To prepare the Golf Ball recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the fat together with the milk and let the liquid become hand warm. Crumble the yeast into a bowl and pour the milk mixture over. Stir around until the yeast is dissolved and add salt, anise, fennel, cardamom, syrup and wheat flakes. Stir around and add 9 dl flour. Work the dough evenly and smooth for about 5 minutes. Let it rise to double size underneath a cloth in a tight spot. Put the dough on a floured table and work more flour into it to make it smooth and shape. Roll it to a roll and split it into 12 pieces. Form the pieces for elongated buns and put them on greased plates. Let the balls rise for about 25 minutes. Bake the balls at 225 degrees for about 12 minutes on the middle groove. Let the balls cool on a grid. Share them and put an order on. Put the balls in small plastic bags, close them well and freeze them.
