Instructions for Glazed salmon
To prepare the Glazed salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remove the skin from the salmon fillets and brown them in oil with butter. Put them in a greased oven dish. Stir mustard with lime juice, glue shale, finely chopped ginger, salt and pepper and butter it on the salmon fillets. Step the salmon fillets in the oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Boil the rice as indicated on the package. When the rice is cooked, they can come in small molds that are turned out on the serving plate. To the sauce boil the fish broth with cream. Add mustard and evenly with maizena, stirred in a little cold water. Season with salt and pepper. Blanches the spring bulbs in leached salt for 2 minutes. Serve the fish with rice, sauce and spring onion.
