0.5Eco. lemon (juice and shell)
1Good handful of almond flakes
1Good handful raisins
1Small ginger
10-12Carnations
2Cinnamon sticks
2lRed wine
2.5dlPort wine
3pcsCardamom
3-4tspSugar

Instructions for Gløgg ala Oxbøll

To prepare the Gløgg ala Oxbøll recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cinnamon, ginger, cardamom come in a coffee filter that closes with a meat string.
The bag comes in a pan with the wine. The heat sink to just below the boiling point. Turn it down and let it stand on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Pour the port wine and rum into a bowl of juice and peel of lemon. Come raisins and let it pull in mine. 3 hours.

Before serving, the bag is taken up. Add the rosin mixture and almonds, flavor with sugar (Possible Port wine / Room as needed) warm up and serve immediately.
