Ingredients for Glögg

Instructions for Glögg
To prepare the Glögg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Syrup: Oranges and lemons cut into slices and småkoger together with the remaining parts in 5 minutes. The syrup is cooled-like a 24-hour with whole spices etc.-and then sieved. The recipe provides approx. 3 dl of finished syrup.
The ingredients brought to the boiling point, and then add the syrup little by little. Then gløggen must not boil. Gløggen added syrup in small doses, as some will have the drink more sweet than others-and more spicy. It is a matter of taste.
Gløggen is served in glass with handle-and add raisins and chopped, peeled almonds, which have been a rehash in plain water and, hence, are soft and delicious. It must of course be enjoyed warm.
