Rose flæsken on a frying pan in 15-20 minutes, until it is crisp and golden.
Share egg yolk and egg white in 2 tubs.
Æggeblommeren whipped together with milk, flour, salt and pepper. Egg white whipped stiff. Egg white stir caution in egg mixture.

Tips:
Served with a really good and coarse rye bread, as well as a really good mustard.
