Instructions for Fynian pudding
To prepare the Fynian pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
House blas put in cold water for 5 min.
1/4 l milk and 1/4 l cream boiled with vanilla. Egg yolks are whipped with sugar and stirred in the boiling milk / cream.
The housing block is twisted off and added. There is a good whipping around. When the cream is cold add foam of 2 dl whipped cream and peeled chopped almonds. Season with sherry or similar and pour into a bowl.
Served with fruit mushrooms, eg. Strawberries or raspberries.
