To prepare the Fruit juice ice cream (sorbet) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Juice, water and sugar mix until you have 1/2 liter of strong juice that is not too sweet. Sugar can not freeze. Use if necessary. Boiling water, so the sugar melts quickly. The cold juice is frozen with stirring every hour. The ice is scraped from the sides towards the middle, so it is not "needle freeze". When the ice is semi-frozen, mix egg whites and whipped cream carefully and ice the ice cream immediately until it is stiff frozen.
