Instructions for Fruit bread Gluten free
To prepare the Fruit bread Gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in the hot water. Add salt, syrup, oil, apple flakes, and apricot in the tern, stir the dough well. Then add all the other ingredients with the exception of gluten free French bread mix, stir well through the dough, pull for 1 to 15 minutes. Gluten-free French bread mix is added and the dough is thoroughly piped. The breadcrumb is lubricated with vegetable margarine, the dough is poured in. The bread rises at room temperature for approx. 15-2o minutes. Volume approx. 2/3 of the shape.
The bread is baked at 170-180 degrees C for approx. 35-45 minutes. The bread rests in the form 3-4 minutes, turned out to baker.
