2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | clove | Garlic, finely minced |
2 | dl | White wine |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |

To prepare the Frogs ' legs in white wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn the frogs ' legs in the flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the frogs ' legs pale brown. Take the frogs ' legs up and put them in a hot oven.
Sauté the garlic in the butter and cook until the pan of cream and wine. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes, until it has had a creamy texture. Put the frogs ' legs back in the sauce and let them simmer for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley over and serve them hot with toasted bread.
