2 | dl | Sour cream 18% or 38% |
4 | pcs | Salmon fillet (á approx. 150 g) |

To prepare the Fried salmon with rice and grapefruit recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wipe the salmon slices with paper towels so they are completely dry. Melt the grease on a pan and let it turn brown. Step the salmon slices for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt.
