1 | Red onion, divided into narrow boats | |

1-2 | tbsp | Butter or oil |
1-2 | tbsp | Grape seed oil |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
3-4 | dl | Vegetable water or broth |
3-4 | Carrots, grof trevne | |
3-4 | clove | Garlic |

Instructions for Fried lamb cucumbers
To prepare the Fried lamb cucumbers recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let butter and oil be hot in a deep forehead. Sprinkle the culots with salt and pepper and brown them on both sides together with the split garlic sauce. Fish the garlic cloves up again, they do not taste well when they get too dark. Sweat the heat and let the culots roast at even heat for 20 minutes, turn them regularly. Remove them from the forehead and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before cutting into thin slices.
Pour the vegetable water or broth on the forehead, boil and evenly to the sauce.
