Onion and garlic roast in oil in a saucepan. Add broth, tomato juice, tomatoes and basil and bring the sauce to a boil. Stir quark with maizena and add to the sauce. Add parsley and cream to salt and pepper.
Water is boiled. The fresh ribbon spaghetti is boiled for approx. 2-3 minutes and then ready for serving.
