6 | slices | Dry French bread |

Instructions for French onion soup 02
To prepare the French onion soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
In a large pot, the butter is melted over medium heat. Add onion and sugar. Put on the lid and stir regularly for 30 minutes. Or until the bulbs are soft but not colored. Remove the lid and slightly heat the heat. Stir regularly until the onions are caramel-colored - approx. 10-15 min. Do not let the bulbs burn!
Add flour until the mixture is properly thick. Gradually add wine. Heat stirring until the mixture boils and thickens. Add the meat bouillon and pepper. Bring the soup into boil and turn on low heat. Cover the soup and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour the soup into 6 ovenproof dishes and put a piece of bread on top of each. Pour a mixture of parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese and paprika on. Put the dishes in the oven and let them stand until the cheese is melted and bubbles.
