Instructions for French mustard pork loin
To prepare the French mustard pork loin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the meat through to the Middle, to produce a large pocket on one side of the roast.
Rub it with salt. Hug the Green peppercorns in a mortar or between two tea spoons. Mix them with mustard, basil, Sage, marjoram and oil. Add the chopped parsley and onion. Stir it all well together and stuffed it in his pocket on the roast. Excess stuffing can lubricate outside the roast otherwise lubricate with oil. Tie it together with cotton yarn.
Set the roast in the oven (about 200 degrees) on a baking pan for about an hour and a half (use a thermometer!).
Let the roast rest for at least 10 minutes before the cut in thick slices.
