To prepare the French cassoulet (Rabbits in beans) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The beans are rinsed and soaked for 10-12 hours. The water is poured out and they are drained on the sieve. The rabbit thighs rub in the olive oil in a thickened pot. Take up and in the grease brownly chopped onions and carrots. Garlic and tomato are added together with the browned rabbit thighs, beans, pork, broth and thyme.
