Instructions for Freja Cirkeline's Fest Boller
To prepare the Freja Cirkeline's Fest Boller recipe, please follow these instructions:
1500g flour, sugar, cardamom, salt come in a big steel.
The milk is poured into a pan for approx. 30c and pour into a container.
The butter is melted and the halve of the milk is added, stirring yeasts in the flour mixture.
The yeast is poured in the rest of the lukewarm milk (do not be hotter than 30c, so the yeast dies). Once the yeast is dissolved stir the milk yeast in the flour mixture.
The rest of the flour is added and the dough is thoroughly piped. (The dough is almost liquid now that is completely normal). (If "Baker's Wheat flour from Net" is used, the dough must be stirred / burned extra long)
Now the dough must be raised for about 30 minutes
Sprinkle well with flour on the table and pour the dough on this. The dough will be very wet until it is kneaded well through the dough, possibly a little extra flour if the dough does not fit the fountain.
Beat the dough to buns and put them on baking panes. I use 50g dough for each bowl.
After raising for 30 minutes, sprinkle with milk and bake for 12-15 min at 200c.
