Instructions for Freight carriage I
To prepare the Freight carriage I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is switched on a pan without fat until it is completely loose (use a fork). The cabbage is cut. The bulbs are cut roughly and the potatoes are cut into slices. Take a large saucepan and first melt the butter. Then assign the different ingredients in the following order:
First a layer of cabbage, then a layer of beef, spices: salt / pepper / curry, then a layer of onions and then a layer of potatoes. Repeat the procedure until the ingredients are used.
At top the tomato paste is spread and poured into the water. Put the pan on even heat and do not touch the pan in the first quarter. Then turn every quarter. Cooking time total approx. 1 hour.
