Instructions for Freeze pops
To prepare the Freeze pops recipe, please follow these instructions:
The 2 whole lamb ribs seasoned well and grilled on indirect heat with the lid for about 20 min. are packed in foil and pulling for about ½ hour. Baking dish greased with garlic butter that is now mixed with parsley and juice from 1 fresh lime. Add plenty of salt. Lamb ribs are cut along the leg so that it achieves fine ribs with mørbradden as well as filletten sitting on the leg. Be in faddet and the excess garlic butter are added to the approximately 16 ribs. Put on the grill over indirect heat for about 15 minutes and is now ready for serving.
Tips:
Served at lunch plate as a mill wheel with parsley dusk in the middle. Serve with barbecue baked wholemeal bread. The melted garlic butter is served in the bowl. Remember lots of salt.
