Ingredients for Foccasia
Fresh Rosemary | ||
½ | tsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Milk powder |
1 | tsp | Olive oil |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | tsp | Dried oregano |
12 | Black olives | |
1-2 | tsp | Coarse sea salt |
1-2 | clove | Garlic |
2½ | dl | Hand-hot water |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
7 | g | Active dry yeast |
Instructions for Foccasia
To prepare the Foccasia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast, water and sugar are stirred until yeast is dissolved. Covered with film and raised for 10 minutes. Until it's scary. The oil is added. 375 g. Flour is sifted together with milk powder and salt. Stir thoroughly - add if necessary. More flour until the dough drops. Eating until it is soft and elastic. Put in large oiled bowl. Films and sticks for an hour. Roll out and put in greased panes 28x18. Movies and heels 30 min. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Mix garlic and oil to brush on the bread. Olives, rosemary, salt and oregano are sprinkled over. Bake 20 - 25 min or until it is crispy.
