To prepare the Foccacia with potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mash the potatoes and stir them with lukewarm water and yeast. Add the flour, but hold back a little. Peel the dough until it is smooth and tender and gradually bring the rest of the flour.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces and squeeze them into flat bread as a cake plate. Place them on baking paper on a baking sheet (close). Put a damp cloth over and allow the bread to rise at room temperature approx. 1 hour.

Brush with oil and baked 15 min. At 225 degrees on the center pillar.
