Ingredients for Foccacia

2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
200 | g | Flour |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Hand-hot water |
300 | g | Protein-rich wheat flour |
Instructions for Foccacia
To prepare the Foccacia recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the yeast with water, sugar, salt and durum wheat and allow it to increase approx. 30 minutes until it begins to bubble. Add almost all wheat flour and start kneading the dough. Put it on the table and knead more flour in, the dough must be soft and it must be kneaded until it is elastic. Put the dough in the oiled bowl - turn it around so that oil gets on all sides and allow it to rise for one hour. Roll the dough to a large plate almost the size of the baking sheet. Place the dough on the plate and brush it with olive oil. Repeat the bread for half an hour. Sprinkle salt and rosemary over and make some small dumps in the dough with your thumb. Pour the bread in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes at 225 degrees until golden brown.
