To prepare the Focaccia (Tuscan flatbread) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the lukewarm water into a bowl, dissolve the yeast and salt, stir gradually flour until the consistency corresponds to a thick weed. Leave for 1/2 hour.
Stir and knead more flour until the dough collects and just release your hands. Roll it out in about 1 cm thick, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and salt. Set for lifting 1/2 hour.
