Ingredients for Focaccia 02
Fresh rosemary and/or black olives | ||

2 | tsp | Flake salt |
2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
200 | g | Durummel |
25 | g | Yeast |
250-300 | g | Pizzamel |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Focaccia 02
To prepare the Focaccia 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the yeast with water, salt, olive oil and durum wheat and stir smooth. Forhæves ca. 30 min., dough beynder to bubble. Add wheat flour and almost everything start to knead the dough. Take the dough out on the table and knead more flour in the dough should be soft, and the skl is kneaded until it is elastic. Put the dough in an oiled Bowl, turn it around so that oil on all sides and let the draw warm to double size 1-2 hours. Knead the dough lightly through and roll it out into a big plate nearly the size of the baking plate. Put the dough onto the plate with wax paper. Let the raise to double size. Sprinkle Rosemary over and press it down picked in the dough. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Put the bread in a preheated oven at 225 degrees midterrillen and behind the 20-25 min. Cool uncovered on a rack so the bread does not become brittle.
Tips:
Use if necessary. thyme instead of Rosemary.
