1 | kg | Tomatoes |
1 | Usprøjtet lemon cut into both | |
2 | Cinnamon sticks | |
2 | Star anise | |
4 | clove | Garlic |
Instructions for Flower Chutney I
To prepare the Flower Chutney I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tomatoes and plums are cut in both. The pilled onions are halved and cut into both. Tomatoes, plums and onions are mixed with the other ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for approx. ½ hour. If the chutney is to be stored add 1 teaspoon of atamon.
