2.5dlWater
25gYeast
4dlPastamel
4.75dlWheat flour

Instructions for Filoni

To prepare the Filoni recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir water and yeast together. Add salt and oil and the two kinds of flour and knead the dough tough and shine on the kitchen table. The more the dough is kneaded, the better the bread becomes. Bring the dough back into the bowl and let it raise a covered place approx. one hour.

Lightly dough the dough and form it into a long thin spoonful of bread. Sno the bread, tip it to the ends and allow it to add 20 minutes to the plate.

Brush the bread quite easily with a sharp knife and spray it with water just before it is put in the oven - and when half of the baking time has passed.

Bake bread for 20-25 minutes at 225 degrees on bottom oven pan.
