Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Brown it well on all sides in a pan in a little butter or oil. Place it in a roasting pan and set it in the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven. Pork fillet approximately 20 minutes, depending on how red meat must be.

65-68 for done
